The Odisha Medical services Association
requested the Odisha state government to issue an order for the special
provision of vaccination to health care providers family members including
doctors.
The government has given special
provision to people from some professions to get vaccinations, the association's
member said. A request to the government was made by the Resident Doctors
Association Veera Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research
(VIMSAR) Burla, to vaccinate family members of health care workers.
The resident doctors in a memorandum
submitted to the chief minister Naveen Patnaik requested him to conduct special
sessions to the family members of health care workers to uplift their morale
and spirit.
